Betty Boop and Popeye, a nice choice for wedding cornhole boards. Cornhole boards are becoming increasingly popular as gifts for weddings. They certainly make outdoor receptions more fun.

There are some corporate logos that are too precise for hand painting, they are best done by a printer. There are others, like blue moon’s that are really added to by the nuance hand painting brings. These are spectacular examples of custom corn hole board craftsmanship.
These boards were actually not bought for a company though I believe these were actually for a special boyfriend on his birthday by one great girl.

Here is another picture of the Blue Moon board. Note the full side piece design. Full side pieces are really nice because the don’t allow bags to hit the ground slide under the cornhole board and then cause arguments about how many bags were put in the hole later. A big win depending on how much drinking is going on.

These custom cornhole boards were done for the fire department of the US army out in Iraq. They are an example of some really fine detailed painting. Cornhole boards make a pretty good canvas for artists that reallly know what they are doing.

This speaks summer to me. Dogs, green grass, and some nice wood toned custom cornhole boards. Children’s characters make for good boards particularly for those with a family that like to include the kids in the fun at lawn parties. This one looks like Shrek.

One of my favorite cornhole designs yet. The art on these and in general of land scaped cities, makes for a good board. Particularly if you don’t live in that city anymore as they serve as good reminders of fun you had there with good friends.

Old Yankee Stadium on Flickr.
Beautifully hand painted boards featuring the old Yankee stadium. Notice the chrome handle on the side of the board for easy carry. Lot of details went into these and I think they can find a place hung up on the wall as art just as well as they could be used for a quick bags game in the alley out back of my house.
